All prospective clients receive a complimentary introductory meeting to discuss the problem to be solved and whether Greenlee Consulting is the right fit. This meeting can include a discussion of possible project scope and cost.

We walk the client through problem analysis, brainstorm solution approaches, assess solution-problem fit, and then outline project scope and proposed activities. The client receives a proposal detailing the anticipated project.

We use in-depth data analysis to support how we solve problems. We work with the client to determine what data are needed. We use statistics, process design, data visualization, and predictive models to assess and make recommendations.
