At Greenlee Consulting, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality consulting and data analytics services. To accomplish this goal, our first step is to understand your problem, constraints, operational and financial goals, and how you want to work together. We are focused on a collaborative and iterative approach to problem solving that requires that the client be engaged with us over the course of the project. We start each client relationship with an introductory meeting to get to know each other and identify the problem you would like to solve. We then have a planning meeting to outline the project scope, and then we dive in!
After understanding a client's current challenges and goals, we provide guidance on water chemistry analysis. We then use the client's water and process data to build models, assess root causes, and support decision making. We use the latest software and tools to provide accurate and reliable results.
We offer process design engineering services to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. We have experience across the water, wastewater, desalination, nutrient management, and energy industries, and can provide customized solutions to meet each client's needs. In particular, we like to think outside the box and be creative for indoor farming's unique needs.
We design and develop predictive process models that allow the client to take the first steps in testing out process and operational efficiency changes. We use models as an iterative and collaborative tool to improve productivity, reduce errors, and enhance efficiency. We create useful and user-friendly dashboards that allow the client to understand their system and identify problems that need to be addressed.
We use our data analytics tools to identify relationships between water chemistry, system operations, and crop health. We are able to show the client where changes, variability, and correlations exist, allowing improved operational knowledge and optimization of grow productivity.
We assist clients in evaluating and comparing treatment technologies, with a focus on controlling water composition and pathogens. We can provide technical and cost-benefit analysis of technologies to help clients in their decision-making process around technology selection.
We build technoeconomic models that help the client understand the unit cost of water and how water-related capex and opex costs factor into a facility's overall costs.
