At Greenlee Consulting, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality consulting and data analytics services. To accomplish this goal, our first step is to understand your problem, constraints, operational and financial goals, and how you want to work together. We are focused on a collaborative and iterative approach to problem solving that requires that the client be engaged with us over the course of the project. We start each client relationship with an introductory meeting to get to know each other and identify the problem you would like to solve. We then have a planning meeting to outline the project scope, and then we dive in!
